I have updated my Web site with a shopping cart for easier purchasing. Before, it linked to etsy.com, where people had to sign up and make an account. That was a pain for potential customers, so I've put a regular shopping cart.

My payments are accepted through PayPal, and no account is required. One-time payments are A-OK!
